Alyssa
Dental Hygienist
I help our patients achieve the optimum oral health possible through preventive cleaning appointments and by providing education on effective home care. Dr. Diez, in addition to the rest of our staff, is passionate about the overall health and wellness of each patient in our practice. When I’m not in the office, I enjoy going to the beach, hanging out with friends, shopping, and playing with my dog, Bella.

Dental Assistant
I assist Dr. Diez during many of our patients’ procedures and help to make them as comfortable as possible during their time with us. I love working with people to improve their smiles and regain their health. I am originally from New York and moved to Tampa in 2004. I am a new mother to my beautiful baby girl, Ava Rose.

Office Manager and Financial Coordinator
I have worked for Dr. Diez for 21 years as his office manager. It is my responsibility to present our patients with their proposed dental treatment plan and explain why it is essential for their overall health. I find it extremely satisfying to build relationships with our patients and their families. What I love most is to see the joy in a patient’s face when their treatment is completed and the end result is a beautiful smile. I am married and have two grown children. I enjoy cooking and spending time with my family.

I recently joined Dr. Diez and the rest of our team after graduating from dental assisting school in May, 2011. I assist with all stages of treatment and explain details about each procedure to our patients. The best part of working here is seeing the amazing end results. I moved to Tampa from California five years ago. My four-year-old son, Anthony, and I enjoy going to amusement parks together in our free time.

My career as a dental assistant began in 1998, and I was happy to join Dr. Diez and the rest of this team in 2009. While my official job is to assist Dr. Diez during patient procedures, I think the most important aspect of my job is developing lasting relationships with our patients. I love seeing their excitement when treatment is complete and they can finally enjoy a healthy smile. I am married to my husband, Ryan, and we have two children, Kendall and Jackson. When I have free time, I enjoy spending it with my husband and children, shopping, and going to yoga.

Practice Coordinator
I can be found working at our front desk where I schedule patient appointments, explain treatment plans, and make sure our office runs as smoothly as possible from day to day. Since I joined the practice in 2009, I have gotten to know many of our patients, and it is my favorite thing to see their smiles change over the course of their dental treatment. I am happily married, and we have a dog named Zoey. When I’m not in the office, I enjoy traveling around the world.

I provide our patients with preventive care, such as cleanings, periodontal therapy, and education, to help them avoid oral and dental disease. I enjoy working with all of our patients and cherish the relationships I have made with many of them. It is amazing to see the healthcare process at work. During my free time, I enjoy traveling, shopping, extreme sports, and hanging out with my friends.

Practice Coordinator
Most of the work I do for Dr. Diez and our patients happens behind the scenes. While I do help to make our schedule, I also am involved with insurance claims, monthly reports, and production sheets. I do have the chance to meet many of our patients though, and I thoroughly enjoy getting to know them. My time outside the office is spent with my handsome three-year-old son named Jayden. I also love party planning and cooking.

I started working as a dental assistant seven years ago and joined Dr. Diez and his team in May 2011. I can be found working alongside Dr. Diez with all aspects of patient care and procedures, doing whatever I can to help patients obtain a healthy, pretty smile. I am a native of Cuba and now live in the Tampa area with my two beautiful sons and my husband. I love to travel and spend time with my family and friends when I’m not in the office.
