Randall A. Diez, DMD

My day is made exponentially better each time I see a beautiful, healthy smile I helped give to a patient. As a dentist, I do so much more than merely fill cavities; I help improve my patients’ self-esteem and give them a better outlook on life. Being able to make such a positive difference in the lives of my patients is extremely energizing and ultimately one of the biggest reasons I love what I do.

My patients are made up of a fascinating group of people, each with their own unique story to tell. Each day provides a new challenge, whether it is to complete a full smile makeover or just to show a child that there is nothing to be afraid of in our office. My patients are the most important aspect of my practice.

I want to provide my patients with the absolute best in dentistry, which is why I will always continue my education. I wouldn’t feel good about myself if I stopped improving or learning new and better techniques to give my patients a better dental experience. I am excited that I can incorporate not only dentistry but also other innovative treatments to improve their overall wellness. 

In addition to my formal education, I am also a graduate of the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. Here, I was trained in advanced aesthetic dentistry, reconstructive procedures, and occlusion. Only two percent of dentists achieve this level of advanced training, but I see it as a basic foundation needed to provide the highest level of dentistry. My patients deserve nothing less.

Outside the Office

My wife, Lori, and I have been married for 26 wonderful years. We have three children, Randy, Mickey, and Alexis, who we are very proud of. When I have free time, I enjoy boating, spending time with my family, and cheering on the Florida Gators.

As a native of Tampa, I have a deep and genuine interest in improving my community. I have spent many hours each year at the Keystone Little League baseball park as manager, coach, sponsor, and board member. In the past, I have volunteered my dental services at the Judeo Christian Health Clinic providing dentistry to the underprivileged. Our practice is involved in many community programs throughout the year, such as our Holiday Toy Drive, Good Deed Contest, Food Drive Program, and Emergency Day.
